- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped from our location in Durham, North Carolina. Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on estimated UPS shipping charges. Wine shipping may require specialized packaging materials and is subject to applicable state and federal law. All wine shipments require the signature of a person at least 21 years of age.
- Sales Tax
- 7.5% Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina.
- Returns & Replacements
- Parker and Otis takes great pride in making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt.
Wrap the package well, include a copy of the packing list/invoice enclosed in your order and ship it to us at the address below. Remember to insure it for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable.

- If we should be out of stock on an item, we will briefly hold your order, or we will telephone or email you for instructions.
We reserve the right to make comparable substitutions of equal or greater value when a specific product is temporarily unavailable.
