All items are shipped from our location in Durham, North Carolina.
Sales Tax
7.5% Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina.
Returns & Replacements
Parker and Otis takes great pride in making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement, credit or refund. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice or receipt. We do not accept returns of perishable items. We will accept non-perishable returns within 30 days of receipt. Wrap the item well, include any undamaged, original packaging and include a copy of the packing list/invoice that was enclosed with your order. Remember to insure it for full value, and ship it to us at the address below. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
